Founded in 2020, Brothers Packaging is driven by three passionate leaders who brought together decades of experience in packaging, quality management, and manufacturing operations. Their combined vision has transformed the company from a startup into a leading packaging solutions provider.
Pushpendra Rawat
Founder & Managing PartnerWith 18 years of hands-on, ground-level experience in the metal, wooden, and PP packaging sectors, his extensive background enables him to solve complex packaging challenges in real time with practical, field-tested solutions. He has completed more than 150 major packaging projects that have significantly raised the industry standard for clients.
Brothers Packaging, which was established in 2020 without any business experience or conventional financial support, was motivated by a dedication to excellence and a "just do it" attitude. With an initial goal of making 10 million INR in sales every month, we have grown quickly and now make an average of 150 million INR every month. This growth has allowed us to establish our own state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, ensuring we maintain the highest quality control for every project.

Raghvendra Rawat
Founder & Managing PartnerBefore starting the business, he gained 12 years of experience, primarily in the automotive Tier-1 and OEM quality domain.
The small-scale packaging industry is largely unorganised, but we decided to change that mindset and simply get it done. We train unskilled people in continuous innovation, kaizen, system improvement, knowledge sharing, teamwork, planning, disciplined execution, and, above all, responding to our valued clients on time. This initiative makes us different from others and has created a healthy work environment. Today, every customer visit to Brothers Packaging creates a "wow" moment, bringing new synergy to the Brothers Packaging team.

He is the kind of leader who leads the team from behind and has excelled in the art of getting the work done efficiently in stipulated time.
